We will learn the procedure for ordering tickets for the Gene Kelly Awards.
We will watch the DVD!!!

MONDAY 3/23 - NO Rehearsal
(Construction and Scenic Arts will inspect sets and props and repair as necessary at 6:00 pm.)
TUESDAY 3/24 - 6:00 PM PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS OF CAST (H.S. and Elementary), CREWS, and PIT (Crews and pit MUST wear their plain black!) CAST needs to bring ALL of their costumes pieces.
Elementary Cast will be dismissed at 8:00 pm.
8:00 PM - Kudos and Critique - Possible viewing film clips.
WEDNESDAY 3/25 - 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM REHEARSAL - RUN-THROUGH WITH FIXES
NO make-up or costumes - EXCEPT for "QUICK CHANGES" which need to be practiced.
(Elementary to be dismissed hopefully by 8:30 but no later than 9:00 pm. Elementary students will sit in the 'house' everyother seat in the center section.)
THURSDAY 3/26 - SPECIAL CHILDREN'S PERFORMANCE
If you completed and returned permission slip, Early Dismissal at 1:05 PM.
Leads Call: 3:30 pm, Crews and Cast call: 4:00 pm - Full costumes, hair, and make-up.
4:30 go set up stations and prepare for activities, photos, and autographs to begin at 4:45 pm.

Sunday, March 15, 2015 at 09:10PM No hassle - quick, delicious dinner items, available on site at the high school for an affordable, friendly price.
M - TH The BAND BOOSTERS will be providing us a great service by manning the concession stand and preparing dinner items for students and parents to purchase. This is open to all elementary families, as well as the pit, crews, cast, and all staff and volunteers.
NO FOOD IS ALLOWED IN THE AUDITORIUM OR IN THE SIDE AND REAR HALLS
PLEASE remember to consider the almost 30 hours of rehearsal that we lost. We have worked hard to make up for this time in many ways, but it is still a factor. If we are in the middle of a scene and we hit 10:00 pm - we have to stay and finish the scene. We open on FRIDAY! It is also extremely important to put socializing aside and be ready to start and work on schedule. There will be a quiet study area for students to use when they are not on stage.
