TECH WEEK!!! The best week of the year!

M - TH The BAND BOOSTERS will be providing us a great service by manning the concession stand and preparing dinner items for students and parents to purchase. This is open to all elementary families, as well as the pit, crews, cast, and all staff and volunteers.
NO FOOD IS ALLOWED IN THE AUDITORIUM OR IN THE SIDE AND REAR HALLS
PLEASE remember to consider the almost 30 hours of rehearsal that we lost. We have worked hard to make up for this time in many ways, but it is still a factor. If we are in the middle of a scene and we hit 10:00 pm - we have to stay and finish the scene. We open on FRIDAY! It is also extremely important to put socializing aside and be ready to start and work on schedule. There will be a quiet study area for students to use when they are not on stage.

TUESDAY 3/17 - FULL CAST

WEDNESDAY 3/18 - FULL CAST in COSTUMES
5:00 Call H.S., 5:30 call Elementary - get mics, 5:45 Warm-ups, 6:00 start - 10:00 pm approx. finish
THURSDAY 3/19 - FULL CAST IN COSTUMES WITH HAIR AND MAKE-UP
Last chance to turn in Early Dismissal Permission slips, Bring $10.00 for T-shirt
4:30 Call H.S., 5:30 call Elementary, 5:30 get mics, 5:45 Warm-ups, 6:00 start - ????pm FINISH
FRIDAY 3/20 - PERFORMANCE 6:00 pm CURTAIN (Doors open 5:45 pm)
1:00 pm E.D. for students who turn in official permission slip
4:00 Call H.S., 5:00 get mics, 5:30 call Elementary, 5:30 Warm-ups in AUDITORIUM, 5:40 Pool Lobby. Do not make plans for immediately after the performance. There will be 'notes' after the show. We will run or fix anythng that was a problem.
SATURDAY 3/21 - PERFORMANCE 7:30 pm CURTAIN (Doors open 7:00 pm)
