MONDAY 3/23 - NO Rehearsal
(Construction and Scenic Arts will inspect sets and props and repair as necessary at 6:00 pm.)
TUESDAY 3/24 - 6:00 PM PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS OF CAST (H.S. and Elementary), CREWS, and PIT (Crews and pit MUST wear their plain black!) CAST needs to bring ALL of their costumes pieces.
Elementary Cast will be dismissed at 8:00 pm.
8:00 PM - Kudos and Critique - Possible viewing film clips.
WEDNESDAY 3/25 - 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM REHEARSAL - RUN-THROUGH WITH FIXES
NO make-up or costumes - EXCEPT for "QUICK CHANGES" which need to be practiced.
(Elementary to be dismissed hopefully by 8:30 but no later than 9:00 pm. Elementary students will sit in the 'house' everyother seat in the center section.)
THURSDAY 3/26 - SPECIAL CHILDREN'S PERFORMANCE
If you completed and returned permission slip, Early Dismissal at 1:05 PM.
Leads Call: 3:30 pm, Crews and Cast call: 4:00 pm - Full costumes, hair, and make-up.
4:30 go set up stations and prepare for activities, photos, and autographs to begin at 4:45 pm.
5:45 pm close stations and report to pool lobby.
5:45 pm doors open to auditorium for seating 6:00 pm CURTAIN
FRIDAY 3/27 - PERFORMANCE 7:30 pm CURTAIN (Doors open 7:00 pm)
TURN IN SCRIPT BOOKS
5:30 pm Call H.S., 6:00 get mics, 6:30 call Elementary, 6:30 Warm-ups in AUDITORIUM, 7:10 Pool Lobby for preparation.
SATURDAY 3/28 - PERFORMANCE 7:30 pm CURTAIN (Doors open 7:00 pm)

EARLIER TIMES TO ALLOW FOR SENIOR CIRCLE - 5:00 Call H.S., 6:00 get mics, 6:15 call Elementary, 6:15 Warm-ups in the AUDITORIUM, 6:45 pm Pool Lobby for SENIOR CIRCLE and preparation.
ALL PRODUCTION PARTY AFTER the SHOW - Details are on E.D. Form and will be provided later. MUST TURN IN SCRIPT BOOK or PAY $25.00 for LOST BOOK TO BE ADMITTED TO PARTY
MONDAY 3/30 - Check out and strike set 6 - 9 pm for High School Cast and Crews.
