6:00 - 8:00 pm Entire Cast - Elementary & H.S. in CAFETERIA  - Do not put any of your belongings in the auditorium.

4:30 - 6:15 - STUDENT VOLUNTEERS needed to Supervise crafts for children

6:15 - ENTIRE CAST  - Elementary Ensemble and High School meet in the pool lobby to warm-up and rehearse

6:35 - PERFORMANCE !!!  Thank you to Mr. Houser for making our introduction video!

8:00 PM AT END OF EVENING - WE NEED HIGH SCHOOL CAST AND CREWS TO CLEAR OFF THE STAGE AND LOAD IN THE WOOD FOR ALL THE PLATFORMS/STAGE EXTENSIONS!!!

Weather Questions

We are definitely rehearsing from 9 - Noon and are planning to be able to perform at the Mall as planned.

(Please see detailed directions in entry LOOKING AHEAD found below.)

It is ultimately the bus company and the district administration who will determine if we must cancel.

Elementary families, please check here before you leave for the mall.  I will post if we have canceled.  You may also call or text me - 412-913-4324 however I do not always have reception in all areas of the building.

Noon High School Bus leaves for Ross Park Mall

12:30 pm Elementary meet H.S. cast at Common Area of Mall

We are going to perform every 30 minutes rather than each hour as originally announced.
Performance: 1:00 PM / 1:30 / 2:00 / 2:30  / 3:00 / 3:30 / 4:00
Underneath the Food Court.

Please wear ALL BLACK  and a RED accent of your choice. You are representing the Northgate School District. Please make sure your clothing choices are appropriate.
Please wear or bring sneakers or reliable footwear, the mall floor is slippery!
All bags, coats, etc. will be locked in the mall office.  So please bring minimal stuff with you - once it is locked away we will not have access to that space again until we are finished

Last performance at 4:00 pm. Bus back to school. Call for pick-up.
