TUESDAY - January 20
6:00 - 9:00 pm Set Construction and Scenic Arts Working
7:00 PM STUDENT CREWS & VOLUNTEER MEETING
All students grades 7 - 12 interested in serving on:
-Techical (Lights, Sound, and Videography)
-Scenic Arts (Painting and making props)
-Construction (Building Sets)
-Stage (Moving and organizing all sets pieces)
-Costumes (Constructing and organizing costumes)
-Hair and Make-Up (Preparing actors to appear on stage)
WEDNESDAY - January 21
6:00 - 8:00 pm CHILDREN's ENSEMBLE
(Parents of Children's Ensemble members PLEASE plan to stay from 6 - 6:30 pm for a meeting about costumes with Mrs. Gusew)
6:30 - HIGH SCHOOL CAST MEMBERS - BEGIN TRYING ON COSTUMES
(also Bert, Mary, Mr. and Mrs. Banks, and mentors for Jane and Michael 6:00 - 8:00 pm with Elementary and 8 - 9 pm Scenes 3 & 5)
THURSDAY - January 22
6:00 - 9:00 pm ENTIRE HIGH SCHOOL CAST
Dance Emphasis - Special Guest Scheduled to visit!
Perform Scenes 1 & 2 for High school cast. (OFF BOOK- lines and lyrics!)
FRIDAY - January 23
7:00 - 10:00 pm Scenes/Lighting
Review Act 1: SCENES 1 & 2 (OFF BOOK- lines and lyrics!)
and
Principals (All speaking parts) BLOCKING Act 1: SCENES 4 & 6
SATURDAY - January 24
9:00 am to 2:00 pm
