TUESDAY 3/21 from 6:00 - 7:00 pm & FRIDAY 3/24 from 5:30 - 7:00 pm
(Paper order forms are also being accepted.)
3/20 MONDAY - All Call 6 - 9 pm
3/21 TUESDAY - Scenic Arts/Construction & CAST 6 - 9 pm
NO CREWS & NO PIT
3/22 WEDNESDAY
Critter Crew at 3:00 pm. ALL LEADS AT 5:00 PM for CITIZEN PHOTO *** Note revised time. MRS. K will provide dinner for ALL LEADS after the photo.
ALL CREWS, CAST & PIT 6:00 - possibly 9:30 pm - Run Act 1
3/23 THURSDAY
ALL CREWS, CAST & PIT 6:00 - possibly 9:30 pm - Run Act 2
3/24 FRIDAY - MARATHON 3:30 - 10:00 pm ALL CAST, CREWS & PIT
(School visits all day)
3:30 - 4:45 - INDIVIDUAL PHOTOS OF ALL STUDENTS FOR WALL DISPLAY (Plain black shirt)
4:45 - 5:30 DINNER
6:00 - OVERTURE DOWN BEAT. RUNNING ALL musical numbers and scenes with underscore IN COSTUMES with sets, lights, and mics.
Remember to bring food to share & Cast bring ALL costume items.
3/25 SATURDAY - Sets and Scenic Arts,( Decorating Hall ?) 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM
