WEDNESDAY 03/15/17
Critter Crew and James - 6:00 - 7:30 pm (revised 3.14)
MEET the FLAMES @ 7:00 pm
CAST - Costume Parade 7:30 - 9:00 pm
Bring your shoes and proper undergarments for changing costumes.
THURSDAY 03/16/17
3:30 - 10:00 pm DINNER & MARATHON REHEARSAL
(Including rehearsal for Student Council performance)
ALL CAST and CREWS (PIT is welcome to come and watch.)
FRIDAY 03/17/17
Perform for Regional Student Council Event - Mandatory (Costume: Black with Show shirts)
8:45 AM - Arrive (Preferably by carpool or walking)
9:00 AM - Seated at rear of Auditorium for Opening Program
9:45 AM - Our performance will be completed
(You are welcome to stay and participate as a guest until 11:00 am for the speakers and activities.)
3:00 PM - ??? SETS - Construction and Scenic Arts - depends on custodian schedules and volunteer availability. Please check site for updates before coming to work. There may be changes!!
SATURDAY 03/18/17
SETS - CONSTRUCTION & SCENIC ARTS - 9:00 am - 9:00 pm
