3/12 MONDAY - CAST - 6:30 - 9:00 PM
3/13 TUESDAY - Elementary Readers Meeting 6:00 - 7:00 pm Permission Form on Website
CONSTRUCTION and SCENIC ARTS 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm
LEADS - 7:00 - 9:30 PM
3/14 WEDNESDAY - CAST 6:30 - 9:00 pm Bring your dancing shoes!
Report by 6:15 pm and be on stage in auditorium - warm-up and be ready to dance, learn, and work.
SPRING MEET THE FLAMES is from 7:00 to approx 7:30 PM (Those involved will be excused to attend.)
3/15 THURSDAY - CAST and CREWS - 6:30 - 9:00 PM
3/16 FRIDAY -11:00 AM dismissal for Elementary Outreach Volunteers (Wear your SHOW SHIRT!)
MARATHON BEGINS 3:30 pm PM WEAR GREEN!!! (Prizes for Best outfits! - this includes crews too!)
Stretch and warm up - BRING T-Shirt $$$$ - SECOND T-Shirt Order Due
4:00 PM - Gene Kelly Awards presentation - Whole production - crews too
4:30 - Hair and Make-up Tutorial in Auditorium by TYLER & AMANDA! Followed by small group sessions in hallway. EVERY cast member + any crew working in costume must check in with Tyler and Amanda individually with their small group.
5:30 - Dinner in Front Hall
6:15 - Clean up, rehearsal skirts and dance shoes on
6:30 - Vocals with Pit in band room/Dancing in cafeteria/CONSTRUCTION & Scenic Arts
3/17 SATURDAY - LEAD VOCALS by APPOINTMENT
WORKDAY for STUDENT and ADULT VOLUNTEERS in CONSTRUCTION and SCENIC ARTS 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM Come even for a few hours. Please pack a lunch or bring $$ to order out for lunch. DINNER WILL BE PROVIDED. IF you plan to arrive after 2:30 PM call Mrs. Klicker's cell and we will come open the front door for you.
ENTIRE CAST NEEDS TO BE OFF BOOK for Numbers & Scenes that have been taught.
