Week 13 - Beauty and the Beast

I hope everyone had a wonderful break with family and friends.

I also hope that you have been keeping all that you have learned fresh and rehearsed because...

WE OPEN THIS WEEK!!!!! PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS LONG MESSAGE!!! IMPORTANT STUFF!!!

NEW!!!! The Band Booster/Jazz Band is sponsoring food for supper at a reasonable price.  They will be selling food for dinners on M,T,W & Th this week at the concession stand.  This should be a great help to all the students/families that have been struggling to get here because of other activities and schedule conflicts.  Rehearsals will begin at 6:00 pm.

Early dismissals, with parental permission, have been approved for 1:00 pm on Friday, April 5th and Thursday, April 11th, for all students involved in the performances. I must turn in all names at once. Each student must turn in the E.D. permission slip at rehearsal. One master list will be compiled and sent to the office.  The office will not handle 80+ individual requests.

Wear proper performance footwear! Bring your homework.

MONDAY 4/1 - 6 -10 pm, ACT 1 with student pit.

TUESDAY 4/2 - 6 - 10 pm, ACT 2 + selected scenes from ACT 1, with complete pit

WEDNESDAY 4/3 - 6 - 10 pm ENTIRE SHOW with complete pit

THURSDAY 4/4 - 6 - 10 pm ENTIRE SHOW, all dress & selected roles hair and make-up

FRIDAY 4/5 - FULL DRESS - SR.CITIZEN/STAFF preview PERFORMANCE. 1:00 pm early dismissal with prior parental permission.  4:00 pm CALL (report time), 6:00 pm CURTAIN     

DO NOT MAKE PLANS FOR AFTER THE PREVIEW!!! - We will stay after bows, if anything needs to be fixed.

SATURDAY 4/6 - OPENING NIGHT 5:30 CALL, 7:30 CURTAIN

Monday 4/8 - Set & costume repair as needed 6:30 pm - ?

TUESDAY 4/9 - FULL DRESS - HAIR & MAKE-UP for PHOTOS report at 6:00 pm, PHOTOS at 7:00 pm, Kudos and Critiques at approximately 8:00 pm - 9:30 pm  TURN IN SCRIPT BOOKS

Wednesday 4/10 - rest

THURSDAY 4/11- TEA with BELLE and FRIENDS. 1:00 pm early dismissal with prior parental permission.  LEADS 3:30 pm CALL (report time), CAST 4:00 pm CALL, 5:00 pm TEA TIME!  5:45 END OF TEA, 6:00 pm CURTAIN   

FRIDAY 4/12 - PERFORMANCE 5:30 CALL, 7:30 CURTAIN

SATURDAY 4/13 - FINAL PERFORMANCE 5:00 CALL, 7:00 Senior Circle, 7:30 CURTAIN

TUESDAY 3/26/13 4:30 pm - 10:00 pm PRODUCTION PICNIC!!! COSTUME PARADE (Hair and costumes) AND MUSICAL NUMBERS WITH THE PIT begin at 6:00pm!!

PLEASE - if possible, ENSEMBLE REPORT EARLY beginning at 5:30 pm - Mrs. Gusew will be here and I need to see the ensemble in COSTUME for the opening number "Belle".  Please wear the appropriate shoes. We still need to begin at 6:00 pm

6 - 9 pm ENTIRE CAST  - We wil do Belle and then the rehearsal will be turned over to Miss Kait and Miss A.
