December Schedule

Thursday, DECEMBER 10 from  3:00 - 5:00  PM in Room 121. There will be a rehearsal for the entire musical cast.

If you would like to be a part of the musical, and you missed the auditions, it's not too late to participate! Join us in Room 121 on Thursday at 3:00 pm.

Wednesday, DECEMBER 16 - leads will meet in Room 121 afterschool, 3:15 - 5:00 pm.

Final Auditions for Spring Musical on Monday 11/23

CALL BACK auditions  - Monday, November 23rd beginning at 6:00 pm to 10:00???

(People will finish at various times. PLEASE make arrangements to CALL for a ride when you are done.)

PERFORMANCE WEEK!

Please remember that if you want to order a packed lunch from the cafeteria for Tuesday and Thursday, you must  order a day in advance.

11/16 - MONDAY _ ADDITIONAL FULL CAST TECHNICAL REHEARSAL + FULL DRESS/COSTUME

PLEASE TRY to ARRIVE EARLY (5:30 pm if possible) so that rehearsal can BEGIN ON STAGE at 6:00 PM.  Since this is our last rehearsal, we must finish the ENTIRE SHOW.  This means we will probably need to work until 8:30 pm, but absolutely no later than 9:00 PM. 

I hope that you will please allow your child to stay.  We have worked so hard and we need this extra time to put the finishing touches on the show. You can have your child call you at the end of rehearsal, to minimize your waiting time, or join us to see how far we have come!

11/17 - TUESDAY - Wear your tan pants and long sleeved T-shirt to SCHOOL. (We do not have the time or facilities for 90 children to change clothes!!).  Have a packed brown bag lunch. No time to go back to lockers with lunch boxes!

11:00 AM - Students will be dismissed to their auditorium at to eat lunch.

11:30 AM - Bellevue students will board bus with Mrs. McMonagle to travel to Avalon.

11:45 AM - Put on make-up and run entire show. Must stop by 1:20 pm.

1:35 PM - CURTAIN (Show begins)

2:30 PM - ALL BELLEVUE Students must board bus to return to Bellevue for dismissal. (If a parent wants to take his/her child directly from Avalon, we need a written permission note signed by the parent, to be given to Mrs. McMonagle by your child at lunch time.)

2:55 PM -  ALL students will be dismissed from their home school. 

6:15 PM - Wear your tan pants and long sleeved T-shirt. All cast and crew members report to AVALON Elementary gymnasium for make-up and warm-ups. Use the front door and follow signs to the gymnasium. Parents and guests may sit in the auditorium.  There will be an African themed basket raffle in the front hall as well as a container for donations.

7:00 PM - CURTAIN (Show begins)

11/18 - WEDNESDAY - BELLEVUE LEADS ONLY - Reharsal 3:00 - 6:00 pm.

11/12 - Thursday - ENTIRE CAST at Avalon 6 - 8:00 pm
