Expectations for Musical Cast and Crew Members

A document, "Expectations for Musical Cast and Crew Members" (DRAFT) has been posted.

Please read and reflect on it for discussion at our first rehearsal/meeting in January.

Our first meeting is tentatively scheduled for THURSDAY, JANUARY 2nd, from 6:00 - 8:00 pm.

A seaon schedule will be posted before the New Year.

Cast List to be Posted 12/20/19

Dear Cast and Crew of the 2020 Northgate Spring Musical,

I will be sending you several messages this evening.

1) A letter congratulating you on making a commitment to the show and each other. This will include a draft of a contract that you will be asked to sign when we meet again in January.

2) An alphabetical list of the names, by grade, of all the potential cast members.

3) A cast list for our projected show, Curtains. (Probably around 11:00 PM)

I say projected because we have a contract offer for the rights to perform, however with the holiday backlog of work, I still do not have the final confirmation or acceptance from TRW. (I've sign the contract, but they have not - yet.) 

MUSICAL AUDITIONS UPDATE!

Wednesday - 12/04 & 12/11 @ 2:55 pm - 3:30 pm

Afterschool Q & A with Mrs Klicker and past cast members.

Invite friends and classmates to learn more about being a part of the musical family.

Meet in lobby/main hall.

HS MUSCIAL AUDITIONS will be in December.

12/11 - Wednesday, 6:30 - 8:30 pm

AUDITION PREP REHEARSAL #1

12/12 - Thursday, 6:30 - 8:30 pm

AUDITION PREP REHEARSAL #2

These two rehearsals will have the same content. You may come to one or both. While you can audition without attending one of these sessions, attendance is highly recommended.

12/13 - FRIDAY  3:15 pm - 5:45 pm General auditions

(A light dinner will be provided. All auditioning cast will eat dinner together at 5:45 pm, then some will be asked to stay for a more in-depth audition.)

12/13 - FRIDAY 6:30 - ???  Call Back Auditions

If you are unable to make auditions (Example: you will be out of town.) You may submit a video audition.

12/20 - FRIDAY Evening cast list will be posted on this website.
