Dear Musical Friends,
I want you to know that I'm thinking of you. You have been in my thoughts - almost continually - since our last rehearsal; that seems so long ago in March.
However, today I'm especially thinking of you, because this was to be the first night of Tech Week. While that thought leaves a great emptiness in my heart, at the same my heart is full of gratitude that you are all healthy, safe, and facing the challenges of our circumstances with courage and a positive attitude.
I'm not sure what path this journey may take. We are still postponed; not canceled. What that may look like, I'm not sure. I am working, along with our production team, to explore some possible scenarios and hope to reach out with a Google Meeting for students later in the week. Love, Mrs. K
