This is board policy. Rehearsal for this evening is canceled.
THIS MAKES THE REHEARSALS ON THE MONDAY AFTER EASTER EVEN MORE IMPORTANT!
CAST AND CREWS - PLAN TO BE AT REHEARSAL ALL DAY AND ALL EVENING ON MONDAY 4/2
Details and food arrangements will be provided next week.
3/22 THURSDAY - LIGHTING CREW ONLY with Mr. Smith 6 - 9 pm
3/23 FRIDAY - CONSTRUCTION 6:30 - 10 pm
3/24 SATURDAY - SCENIC ARTS and CONSTRUCTION 10 AM - 10 PM
3/25 MONDAY - CAST with Ms A 6:00 - 9:00 PM
FLIGHT TEAM TRAINING - 6:00 - 9:00 PM (Could run later if required)
3/26 TUESDAY - CAST, FLIGHT TEAM, CREWS Plan to arrive and set up at 6:30
Rehearsal to begin at 7:00 - 10:00 PM Full rehearsal of scenes with flying. (Use rehearse score)
(Later start & end time due to Sr. Projects and parent teacher conferences.)
3/27 WEDNESDAY - CAST, CREWS, FLIGHT TEAM for 'dry tech'. (Use rehearse score)
Plan to arrive and set up at 6:30 PM. Rehearsal to begin at 7:00 - 10:30 PM Full rehearsal of ALL scenes including those with flying. (Later start & end time due to Sr. Projects and parent teacher conferences.) NO SCHOOL next day!
